Terri HerrNeckar retired after 38 years of being a full-time mathematics teacher in independent schools at the end of the ’21-’22 academic school year. She coached sports, mentored younger teachers and taught everything from Algebra I to BC Calculus and AP Statistics. In the last few years of teaching at Milton Academy in Milton, MA she focused on Precalculus and AB Calculus. Terri is fascinated by educational trends. She has always believed in cooperative learning and honoring the learning process. In her first year of retirement, Terri has been happily taking long walks, traveling, reading and watching movies at the Amherst Cinema.
