Build-Your-Own Market Minestrone is happening next Wednesday β and it is exactly as wonderful as it sounds.
Here is how it works: stop by The Community Classroom tent, put together your dry minestrone ingredients, pop on an apron and chef`s hat, and then head out into the market to shop for the good stuff.
Beefalo. Mushrooms. Micro greens for a salad. Fresh flowers. A warm loaf of bread. Peaches and berries for dessert.
We send the recipe home with you β and just like that, dinner is ready. Made by your family. From the market. From scratch. π
This one is free, fun, and genuinely one of the most delicious Wednesdays of the year. We cannot wait to see you there.

π¨ CRASH! π¨ That`s the sound of confusion between "b" and "d" finally clicking into place.
Our amazing tutor turned a tricky phonics lesson into a full-body game (literally called "Crash"!) and watched one of our students go from mixing up letters to mastering them.
Phonics + movement = magic. π We couldn`t be happier (and neither could she)!
