The Community Classroom Rental Space (located at 88 Maple Street) is a vibrant, welcoming venue open to the public to rent for a minimum of two hours on weekends or evenings after 5:00 pm.

Host your next meeting, celebration, or workshop in our classroom. This creative and fun rental space is perfect for a small group or can comfortably hold a group of up to 20.

This space offers a variety of seating, whiteboards, parking, and more. Accessible bathroom on-site for guests. Rain or shine, this space is sure to impress your gathering group and provide the perfect space.

What is the rental fee?

The cost to rent the Sphere Rental Space is $65/hour*, with a 2-hour minimum, and a $50 cleaning fee.

Can anyone rent your space?

Yes! You must be at least 21 years of age to rent the space. 

When is the space available to rent?

All rentals must occur between 5:30 pm and 10:00 pm on a weekday or between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm on the weekends.

 

What parking is available?

There is a parking lot behind the coworking space that you can access from Meadow Street (closer to the Florence Civic and Business Association). Other options include the street parking (non-metered!) on Maple Street (watch for limit signs). There is also street parking within a short walk on Center Street, Pine Street, and Park Street.

What is the cancellation policy?

A cancellation more than 30 days in advance of the scheduled event is eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations between 7 and 30 days are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made 7 days or fewer before the event are non-refundable.
