Campers experiment with leavening agents\, emulsions\, fermentation\, and heat as they bake cookies\, quick breads\, sourdough\, brownies\, and more. They’ll explore ingredient swaps\, texture experiments\, and how science transforms food. Taught by an AP science teacher who loves the combination of baking + chemistry! This is her 3rd year teaching a science + baking camp and folks! It fills up quickly. \nThe big idea?
