This was a genuinely insightful read — I really appreciate the clarity and perspective you brought to the topic. In my own learning journey, I’ve found that having a space to gather well-rounded information makes a huge difference, which is why I maintain https://psychedelicsphere.com as a collection of educational resources and thoughtful discussions. It’s always great to come across work like this, and I’d love to hear how others approach exploring new ideas with both curiosity and balance.

In reply to Western MA parent. Silver lining for Springfield, I guess. I hope the same is true in other districts, though it doesn't seem like that's the case from the Mass.gov article.

This is heart breaking and sad to hear as being a single Mom struggling with getting my daughter the help is already difficult as they label her with ADD.Because she cant meet a staff expectation do to her disability of ADHD.She learns slow then most students and because shes not on meds and im choosing to help her cope naturally. We get targeted.Every IEP meeting is so awful and intimidating from some staff.
My heart goes to all children.

Hi Megan-while these cuts are alarming, the 47 million cut to Springfield Public Schools was earmarked for capital improvements and thankfully won’t impact student support.
